Description

Charlie Witherspoon reports from Woburn House near Millisle. This building was visible to all travelling along the northern coast of the Ards Peninsula and carried an air of notoriety as the location of a borstal for young male offenders who had fallen foul of the law. However, the institution was quite forward thinking and Charlie reports on the efforts being made to train the young men and give them a different path in life when they are released, while also speaking to the young men themselves.
