Description

The Black Preceptory - or Royal Black Institution - parade is underway in a rainy Derry. At the field, PM O’Neill and Minister Brian McConnell make speeches. 

Notes

The Royal Black Institution, the Imperial Grand Black Chapter Of The British Commonwealth, or simply the Black Institution is a Protestant fraternal society, separate from the Orange Order although a man has to be a member of the Order to join the Preceptory.
