Description

Sir Tyrone Guthrie discusses the plans for a National Theatre for Northern Ireland. He speaks on how a thriving theatre scene is supported by businesses who see it as a necessary part of encouraging investment. Establishing such a plan will require quite an amount of fundraising.

He reads a statement produced by his committee for the Ulster Theatre Council. This would be located outside Belfast.
