Description

Andy Barr, Union leader, takes a vote of the men at Musgrave Engineering. 

Musgraves was an engineering firm on the corner of Cluan Place and the Albertbridge Road. The management had just announced the firm would close after 93 years in business.   

Notes

Andy Barr was a Communist and Trade Unionist. He was president of the Confederation of Shipbuilding and Engineering Unions from 1957 to 1978.
