Description

Jane and Barney are heading out for another adventure. In search of a dairy farm, Jane and Barney head to Aghadowey on the banks of the river Bann where they meet Brian McAfee. Brian takes the pair on a tour of his family dairy farm and explain various processes involved in milk production.  From cows grazing peacefully on lush green fields, milking parlours, collection and delivery - Barney and Jane follow the milky way.

Sam Campbell, a manager at Bangor Dairies, explains what pasteurization is and how to go about turning milk into yoghurt. What about ice cream then? Barney meets Mr. Morrelli in Portstewart to inquire about how ice cream is made.
