Description

Children's programme with Jane Cassidy and Barney the puppet.

In this episode of Swings and Roundabouts Jane and Barney investigate what newspapers are all about, who writes them and what do they write about. The team goes to the Belfast Newsletter offices where they join a reporter in search for a story. They also meet editors and a graphic artist and others involved in the newspaper manufacture.

Jane and Barney successfully navigate the newspaper offices maze, learn about newspaper production processes and also get to see a printing press in action.
