PM Terence O’Neill visits Arthur Hall in Belfast to open the new Building Centre. Maurice Smyth talks to Shane Belford from the Centre about the exhibit and how the centre will support the building industry. 

Shane Belford went on to become the head of the Northern Ireland Tourist Board.
