People recall their favourite things about Belfast. From food, nature, travel, and the people, there’s so many different responses that are responded to through animation.

These films were produced as part of week long film and animation summer schools in 2023, 2024 and 2025 where production teams of 16-19 year olds worked collaboratively to produce films integrating recorded interviews, stills photography, filmed footage and animation. The films from 2025 were inspired by the themes of regeneration and re-growth.
