Newly-elevated Cardinal Conway arrives in Belfast. He visits St Peter’s Cathedral on the Falls Road. His mother is in attendance, as is Bishop Philbin. He meets children on the Falls Road and on the Glen Road as his procession continues with a police escort. 

William John Cardinal Conway (22 January 1913 – 17 April 1977) was an Irish cardinal of the Catholic Church who served as Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of All Ireland from 1963 until his death and was elevated to the cardinalate in 1965.
