Description

From Jenny Bristow's own home, explore recipes from many different cultures and "the best produce from around the world". These dishes have been chosen for their versatility and they are in tune with our modern day way of life.

This episode is a Christmas special, taking the traditional and much loved foods associated with the festive season and adding some new and interesting variations, based on tastes from around the globe. First up, is the ever faithful turkey, however the way that Bristow cooks it means a "turkey with a really new flavour", this comes from the mouthwatering stuffing, with breadcrumbs forming the base, it soon is accompanied with apricots, golden sultanas, brazil nuts, nutmeg and - of course - cinnamon!

Other favourites featured include brussel sprouts, mincemeat muffins and a fruit tart.
