Description

From Jenny Bristow's own home, explore recipes from many different cultures and "the best produce from around the world". These dishes have been chosen for their versatility and they are in tune with our modern day way of life.

This episode is all about the food of home, and nothing beats our traditional Sunday lunch, which is usually a roast. Jenny's meat of choice is a leg of lamb, but has had the bone removed so that she can fill it with a herb stuffing, giving it plenty of flavour - the trick for the stuffing is to keep it simple and uncomplicated and don't be tempted to go heavy handed with the onion!

Other dishes featured include, mouthwatering salmon fillets and an "apple of my eye pie" which everyone can easily make with the help of a food processor!
