Description

From Jenny Bristow's own home, explore recipes from many different cultures and "the best produce from around the world". These dishes have been chosen for their versatility and they are in tune with our modern day way of life.

This episode is all about Mexican food, with dishes that are hot and spicy immediately coming to mind with plenty of chillis, peppers and beans - but that's only part of the story! - the Mexican way is "fresh, lively, and oh so very colourful". 

Some of the starring meals featured on the programme are the ever popular chilli con carne, plus some citrus chicken and a cake with tonnes of flavour!
