Description

In 1989, Portadown College launched its first course on Indian Cookery. Sara Ahmed was taught Indian Languages at the college and offered to teach an evening class on Indian Cookery. Ronan Kelly joins in on a class and learns more about the country's rich and delicious cuisine.

The students learn about the theory and history of the cuisine in addition to learning delicious recipes. Watch Sara give a demonstration and enjoy the delectable looking food!
