Description

This report covers the start of a new scheme for training new football coaches - the first aimed specifically at women. The hope is that it will improve the perception and standard of women's football and inspire new players.

Former Northern Ireland player Ian Stewart trains up the coaches and gives them insight into IFA rules and regulations. The course runs for 6 weeks and is a small step towards making the game more inclusive and representative of the fans of the sport.
