Description

Early aviators take to the air in fragile gliders, launched from a bungee attached to a motor vehicle. At the end of the clip, John Dermot Campbell's mother surveys her lovely garden.

This is one of a series of clips from the Campbell Collection about gliding and aviation.

The film was probably shot by John Dermot Campbell and it is part of the Campbell Family Collection.
