Description

Following the disaster of a goalless draw away against Turkey, Northern Ireland had miraculously resurrected their World Cup qualifying hopes with a legendary win away against Romania. But they still had one more uphill task ahead of them – to go to Wembley and snatch at least a draw against England to book their place in Mexico. Manager Billy Bingham looked forward to the crunch game.
