Northern Ireland manager Billy Bingham is interviewed outside the World Cup finals draw in Mexico. It was a challenging draw for Northern Ireland with tournament favourites Brazil alongside the giants of Spain with Algeria making up the final team. However, Bingham remained very upbeat with good reason as they come through against the odds four years earlier in Spain.
