Description

John Cushnahan of the Alliance Party speaks to Norman Stockton for Good Evening Ulster about the party's prospects in the then forthcoming by-elections caused by the mass resignation of Unionist MPs in protest at the Anglo-Irish Agreement. He states that his party has reservations about the Agreement but has decided to back it and that he is proposing to the public that failure to back the Agreement could lead to the Unionists making a declaration of independence.
