Crowds walk up to the City Hall carrying coffins with the Union Jack flag on top of them. Peter Robinson gives a speech stating to the "Men and Women of Ulster, we meet on a very sad occasion, we are gathered here today to mourne the passing of democracy".
Footage ends with crowds dispersing quickly, with scenes of broken shop windows and cars set alight. The rally was called as part of the one day Loyalist Strike in oppoisition to the signing of the Anglo-Irish Agreement the previous October.
