Description

Niall Donnelly reports for UTV Live on the talks at Stormont with just one week to go before the deadline set for the conclusion of negotiations. David Trimble speaks to the press about the previous night's failure by Tony Blair and Bertie Ahern to achieve a breakthrough on the Irish constitutional claims to Northern Ireland and the setting up of North/South institutions. UDP leader Gary McMichael accuses the Irish government of being unrealistic, while Gerry Adams hopes that Tony Blair will now be more focused on the talks.
