Description

Letitia Fitzpatrick reports for UTV Live on George Mitchell returning to the talks at Stormont, despite failing to produce his interim Position Paper the previous night. Both Tony Blair and Bertie Ahern speak from London, where they are meeting for another day. Blair regrets the delay but both feel they are beginning to make progress.
