Description

Ken Reid reports for UTV Live on the nature of the final leg of talks at Stormont ahead of the deadline of 9 April for their conclusion set by the chairman, Senator George Mitchell. Both Sinn Féin and the UDP have only just been allowed back into the process following violence from the organisations they represent, and many tensions and difficulties existed between the various parties. David Trimble, David Andrews of the Irish givernment, John Alderdice and Martin McGuinness are all interviewed about the problems they see ahead in the last lap of negotiations.
